Mr. Ramchandran Sivanesan has spearheaded major transformations by driving the quality culture especially in the areas of Customer Centricity , Continuous improvement, Organizational Culture, Processs and system orientation to ensure sustainability thereby resulting in exemplary quality and performance improvement. At Ashok Leyland, Mr. Sivanesan has led a radical improvement in product by institutionalizing quality within operation, supplier & post-delivery to customers . Under his leadership, Ashok Leyland Pantnagar Plant & Hosur-2 plant received Deming Award in 2016 and 2017 respectively and achieved one of the lowest warranty claim rate amongst the Commercial Vehicle industry rates in the world. Mr. Sivanesan has played key role in promoting quality awareness across MSMEs and society including educational institute, social organisation and rural areas . Mr. Sivanesan has held senior leadership positions of quality function at Maruti Suzuki, FIAT India Ltd and presently in Ashok Leyland . He has been conferred with various prestigious national and international recognitions including Global Award for Excellence in Quality Management and Leadership by World Quality Congress and ASQ South Asia Quality Professional Award.

He is known for his knowledge and expertise in Pharma Industry in Quality Management, R&D, and Manufacturing. Regulatory etc. at both national & international level. He has contributed for success of Organizations like Ranbaxy and Pfizer using quality concept for cultural change beside product, process quality improvement. More than 2200 R&D Scientist, Quality and Manufacturing Team has been trained by him on quality by design implementation. As a social obligation, he has also helped MSME organizations in learning & implementing the Quality concept and produce world class products. He has received numerous awards including 100 most impactful global healthcare leader by World Health Congress and is acknowledged as a Quality Expert at United Nation MPP Geneva and an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Generic Medicines, England.

A dedicated teacher and an outstanding Quality Leader, Mr Sanjay has made significant contribution in promoting quality and Innovation culture in the field of technical Education. He has trained more than 5000 students in Quality & Innovation and many MSME personals. Under his mentorshsip 200+ patent has been filed by the students and faculty of his institute. Mr. Sanjay has initiated Quality Circles in various Govt. Polytechnics and pvt. Engineering Institutes in Maharashtra. Sanjay has facilitated excellent links between academia & industry.

As a founder Founder & Chief Mentor, SAI International Education Group, he has led the journey of Bhubaneshwar in becoming a K-12 education hub in Eastern India with emphasis on innovation, usage of digital technology and modern scientific thoughts. His contributions to society, underprivileged schools, and underprivileged members of society has been instrumental. His contribution towards Quality in Education and society has been recognized at both national and international level through various awards like Odisha Living Legend Award & Corporate Odisha Award for Steering Leadership & Entrepreneurial Values, Exemplary Service to the society, Rajiv Gandhi Prativa Award etc.

His contributions to engineering innovations in designing, developing, manufacturing & export of high technology and high quality special purpose equipment has been appreciated both within and outside India. His work has been commendable in the import substitution of the machines by developing many complex and high accuracy machines with Quality and workmanship equivalent to international standards. Apart from providing skill based trainings to several hundreds of engineers, he has been supporting MSMEs for their technological upgradation through innovation in products and services. Mr Hari Om has been conferred with prestigious national level Awards including National Award for Innovative work by Hon’ble Prime minister in year 2000 and India’s Top 100 SME’s Award .

An excellent leader who has internalized the concept of industry 4.0 in India. His leadership and direction has led the organization to transform and emerge as one of the strong industry 4.0 solution providers to the manufacturing industries. Under his guidance the organization has continually developed several innovative products and processes and has made appreciable contribution towards Import substitution and have won National & state awards for his contribution in the automobile industry.

Sachin Garg is a Senior Management Executive with significant experience of leading strategic planning and delivering verifiable customer experience improvement, cost reduction, revenue enhancement at national and international level. He has established and led strategy & business excellence departments in companies’ part of Tata Group, Max India Group, InterGlobe and HCL Technologies. He received World Quality Leadership Award by World Quality Congress in 2015 to recognize his efforts in building quality journey across multiple Indian organizations .

Mr. Rajesh has an extensive experience in managing programs of strategic importance across the entire value chain with diverse industries like consulting , Manufacturing , Financial services, Healthcare etc. He has Strong background in world class program management, conceptualization and execution of transformational business programs , complex business process and technology and has trained more than 1000 Black & Green belt and Master Black Belts .
